Elon Musk: The relationship with Amber Heard is really ‘violent’
Billionaire Elon Musk first revealed his relationship with notorious actress Amber Heard in his autobiography. He called it ‘a brutal relationship’.
In the biography about Elon Musk written by Walter Isaacson, which was released on September 13th, the tech billionaire himself spoke about his relationship with Amber Heard. They went public in April 2017 and broke up in the same year. The short-lived romance between Elon Musk and the Aquaman star attracted a lot of media attention. This is a rare occasion where those involved feel comfortable talking about this infamous love affair.
In the book, the love story of Musk and Heard goes through many ups and downs. They first met in 2012 when Amber Heard was preparing for her role in Machete Kills – a science fiction film in which Elon Musk was invited to be a consultant. However, they did not talk much. According to author Walter Isaacson, in 2013, a romantic relationship between the couple emerged when Amber Heard visited Elon Musk’s SpaceX company and the businessman took her on a tour in his Tesla car.
In May 2016, Amber and Elon Musk met again at the Met Gala fashion event. A month later, the actress filed for divorce from actor Johnny Depp. Walter Isaacson wrote that their first dates mainly revolved around work. Amber Heard flew to visit Tesla’s electric car factory in California to surprise Elon on his birthday. Elon Musk also visited Australia to visit the actress filming Aquaman. The SpaceX boss also took the beauty to Cape Canaveral – where he planned to launch the Falcon 9 rocket. Amber Heard revealed that it was the most exciting date she had ever had in her life.
It is known that Elon Musk was attracted to the charm and spontaneous personality of Amber Heard. Knowing that Elon Musk particularly loves the character Mercy in the video game Overwatch, Amber Heard dressed up as and transformed into this character to surprise him. In addition, Elon Musk also shared that their relationship had many difficulties. Before their breakup, they had big arguments. Elon Musk said that when they broke up in the summer of 2017, it was a hellish period in his life both mentally and professionally. Kimbal Musk described Heard as “toxic”, a “nightmare”, and stated that no one in the family likes the actress from Aquaman. On the other hand, Grimes referred to Amber Heard as “the chaotic evil”.
Regarding Amber Heard, the main actress of Aquaman, she affirms that she truly loves her ex-boyfriend but occasionally doubts his decisions. “I love him very much. Elon likes fire and sometimes it burns him,” shared Amber Heard.

After the controversial divorce with Johnny Depp, Amber Heard is also in a same-sex relationship with Bianca Butti and is currently “in hiding” with her daughter in Spain.
