According to him, “Usually, it is the country that hosts the Asian Cup that determines ticket prices. Currently, Pakistan cricket series, which hosts the Asian Cup, has decided ticket prices.
Currently, Sri Lanka is facing a major economic crisis. However, without understanding it, the minimum fee for the India-Pakistan match has been set at Rs. 6,000. From special places, watching this match with family will cost Rs. 50,000. This is a monthly expense for the people of Sri Lanka. Therefore, people do not have the desire to watch the India-Pakistan match.”
